The Fuschia building in Kralovo Pole was built in 1936 by Bohuslav Fuchs, the legendary architect probably most responsible for the look of Brno’s inter-war period. The Fuschia building was for a long time the main administrative HQ for the company ALPA, famous across Europe for their alcohol based medicines.
It has now found a new lease of life under the direction of expat Veterinary Surgeon, Natalija Krčková. Natalija has been working as a Vet for 18 years and when the opportunity to open up an English-friendly veterinary clinic in such an important Brno landmark, she obviously jumped at the chance. The official opening of the clinic was in June and they are experiencing a wave of new registrations from pet loving expats, eager to find a sympathetic and friendly vet for their beloved animal friends. Offering a wide-range of medical and surgical procedures in a comfortable and relaxing environment – including chipping and Europass – N-Vet makes a trip to Vet’s as carefree as it can be. (rs)
