Fish should be served at least twice a week. But which of us really does it? As a nation we’re just not used to fish dishes, especially seafood. It is not only due to the location of our country far from the sea, but also down to our traditional cuisine, still dominated by pork. Let’s change this together! The average European eats eleven kilos of fish per year, and the world average is 16 kilos.
