Spending time in nature has been found to promote health. ‘Forest Mind’ is an innovation system of mental skills exercises designed to utilize and intensify the natural healing effects of forests.
This method uses the latest, most widely accepted trends in psychology, therapy, and coaching, including mindfulness and life coaching, in a natural setting or with natural imagery. It has been scientifically proven that 10 minutes spent in the forest lead to a drop in blood pressure, 20 minutes – improvement in mood, 60 minutes – sharpening of attention, 2 hours – recovery of the immune system, 5 hours a month – an increase in positive emotions. Join us for a guided walk in the forests surrounding in Brno, accompanied by a trained Forest Mind instructor, Martina Holcová. Please note that the walk will take place only if the government regulations permit to do so. Otherwise this event will be postponed.
