Originally planned to take place from March to June, the postponed festival concerts will start in mid-September and the organizers have already revealed which performers Brno fans can look forward to seeing.

The event will open with a concert by bassist and singer Avishai Cohen at Bobycentrum on the second Sunday in September. The musician will be accompanied by the notable trio – Gently Disturbed. The highlights of the autumn show will include a concert by Gustav Brom Czech Radio Big Band at Sono Centrum, celebrating its 80th anniversary in a joint concert with singer Dan Bárta. Fans of jazz will rejoice over names such as Nubya Garcia – British saxophonist and Delvon Lamarr – American organist. As to other newly scheduled performances this year there will be a double concert by Turkish guitarist Cenk Erdoğan and Norwegian trumpeter Mathias Eick. In total, with the previously announced concerts, JazzFestBrno will offer 10 musical evenings in the autumn.
