Are you running out of ideas about what to treat your ears to at home, at work or on a walk? This article will draw your attention to the new EP released at the end of January by the trio Favorite Obsession, the promising duo Carya and the upcoming album “sustainable gardening” by the band tryo.

Produced by musician Sara Vondrášková alias Never Sol, the debut EP Sad Disco by Favorite Obsession from Most is full of personal confessions and explores the limits of sexuality. Our next tip is Carya, previously known as Mimo. Merging trip-hop, electronics and dream pop, the band projects melancholy moods with a certain urgency into their compositions. This February, the duo was included among the 50 hopes of Czech music by Headliner music magazine. The last musical choice of note is the upcoming album “sustainable gardening” by the Brno-based band tryo. Their short interview can be found in the music section – so if you are learning Czech, we recommend these short conversations as a fun way of practicing the language.
